Cost Control

Setting of budgetary limits. Planning, developing, controlling, and forecasting the project’s budget. Estimating expenditures, and recommending cost-saving measures to clients.

Case Study 1

Pinnacle House

Pinnacle House is a commercial project in Wimbledon for Aviva Investors where we were able to double the original floor area. Redevelopment of an existing office building for continued B1 office use. The proposal includes recladding, enhancement of elevations and erection of additional stories including green roof and green terraces with reconfiguration of basement level to provide plant and cycle parking adding additional 1500m2 to floor space to overall building of 5000m2.

Morrisons Superstore

Morrison Supermarket Kent. Sittingbourne, Kent.  Project Value of £18.2m, 49 weeks contract duration. All utilities and site clearance of old paper mill with controlled demolition of existing water tower for provision of new 5500m2 supermarket, Car Park, Petrol Filling Station and 278 works.
